Yves Theis is a Managing Director in the Issuer Services practice. He co-founded Lucid Issuer Services Limited (now Kroll Issuer Services) in 2004, using his industry expertise to build a firm with a focus on service, technical expertise, transparent processes, and integrity. Yves was responsible for many of the significant transactions that have made Issuer Services a market-leading practice.

Prior to joining Kroll, Yves worked at The Bank of New York and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

He is also the co-founder of Kroll’s Agency and Trustee Services practice, which specializes in loan and bond agency services across multiple markets.
