Prior to Kroll, Stephanie worked as a Manager at a boutique consulting firm specializing in financial modelling services for small and mid-sized businesses. There, she was responsible for aiding in the formulation of growth plans for companies in various industries including construction, manufacturing, freight & logistics and business services. Stephanie also worked at Veracap M&A International, a boutique investment bank, covering various industries including technology, retail, business support services, construction and engineering, and food and beverage.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Computing and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo. Stephanie holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 79 and 63 licenses. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and has obtained the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.
