Panos Tsilikas is a director in the Corporate Finance practice, based in the Los Angeles office, and represents the Financial Sponsors Group in the West Coast. He has extensive experience advising financial sponsors, public and private companies and their boards of directors on various corporate transactions including recapitalizations, capital raising, spinoff transactions, related-party transactions and M&A transactions.

Panos has advised clients across a wide range of industries including industrials, technology, healthcare, energy and consumer, among others. He has executed engagements for corporations including Yum! Brands, IAC/InterActiveCorp, McAfee, Sport Chalet, and Teradyne, and private equity groups including Thoma Bravo, ZelnickMedia Corporation, KKR, Hellman & Friedman and Vista Equity Partners.

Panos received an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in business administration from the University of Piraeus, Greece. He is a FINRA registered representative and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses. Panos served in the Greek army as a sub-lieutenant. He is also a licensed private pilot who enjoys flying during his free time.
