Nicole Koopman

Nicole brings more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, strategic alliances and commercial operations. She is known for her ability to integrate cyber into the market by building influential partnerships, clarifying solution value and driving brand visibility around key offerings. Her leadership is rooted in both strategy development and tactical execution, ensuring consistent delivery across functions.

Prior to joining Kroll, Nicole spent a decade at EY, most recently as Managing Director in the Cybersecurity practice, where she led the Cyber Alliance Ecosystem and spearheaded strategic partnerships with leading technology providers. She also held business development roles at Mycroft Inc. and CA Technologies.

Nicole and her team collaborate closely with Kroll and risk advisory revenue offices, as well as marketing, to develop integrated client management approaches, strengthen cross-selling and deliver premium experiences to elite law firms, C-suites and boardrooms. Under her leadership, the commercial office unifies sales, alliances, retainers, enterprise functions and the channels to market to ensure consistent execution and maximize client impact.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and history from SUNY Oneonta and is passionate about advancing diversity in cybersecurity, particularly for women.
