Martin’s background includes over 25 years of experience in the capital markets sector, and he has considerable expertise within the syndicated loan, direct lending and restructuring markets. His experience also includes high-yield and investment grade bonds as well as other related agency services (collateral agency, escrow and paying agency).
Prior to joining Kroll, he has headed the U.S. offices of GLAS and Ocorian, establishing their presence as an independent service provider in the U.S. capital markets.
Martin has spent his entire professional career in financial services and has worked with many of the largest institutional banks (BONY, US Bank, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo).
Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
