Jamie Riley is a Managing Director in the Agency and Trustee Services practice, based in London.
Jamie brings over 25 years of experience providing agency and trustee services across all debt capital markets products. He has a strong focus on private credit markets, syndicated loan transactions and debt restructurings across all industries and jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Kroll, Jamie was Head of the EMEA Capital Markets Business Development team at Ocorian. Prior to that, he was a Sales Director at Intertrust.
Earlier in his career, Jamie has also worked in sales and relationship management roles at large financial institutions, including BNY Mellon, Deutsche Bank and HSBC.
