David Herr

Prior to joining Kroll's Transaction Opinions team, David served as Kroll’s Chief Revenue Officer for four years where he implemented strategies to increase organic revenue growth and accelerate commercial integration of Kroll’s acquisitions.
Previously, David was also the global leader of the Energy and Mining industry group for more than a decade. He has 30 years of experience with the firm, starting with the Valuation Advisory Services business within Coopers & Lybrand LLP. In that capacity, David spoke at numerous industry conferences, including Platt’s Global Power Markets Conference and the InfoCast Solar Power Finance & Investment Summit.
David holds a B.S. in finance from Villanova University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia. He holds FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 licenses. Prior to his valuation career, David was a pitcher with the Montreal Expos baseball organization.
