Alexander is Director in the Financial Advisory practice, based in Frankfurt. He leverages 15+ years of experience in the financial services sector specializing in the restructuring and resolution of banks.

Prior to joining Kroll, Alexander was Senior Manager in the FS Deal Advisory team at KPMG Germany. Before that, Alexander worked for EY Germany in the FSO Transaction Advisory Services practice focusing on financial services including a short-term secondment to EY Melbourne, Australia.

Alexander leverages more than 15 years of experience in the financial services sector. He primarily advised domestic and international banks, private equity investors and public authorities on both buy and sell side projects with a strong focus on transactions. Alexander specializes in the restructuring and resolution of banks. In this context, he has been involved in the most significant restructuring measures in the German banking sector over the last 10 years.

Alexander holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) specializing in M&A and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) specializing in banking and finance. He is also a banking professional (Bankkaufmann, IHK) and a certified instructor (AEVO, IHK).
