Kroll Practitioners Contributed to Study on the Evaluation of the Dutch Restructuring Scheme
Marc Broekema and Jan Adriaanse from Kroll Amsterdam were part of the research team from the University of Groningen and Leiden University who conducted a study on evaluating the Dutch Act on court confirmation of extrajudicial restructuring plans (WHOA). The research team found that the Dutch WHOA restructuring tool works as intended by its legislators.
